Recovery Orientated System of Care
Overview
The Scottish Government expects that each Alcohol and Drug Partnership (ADP) will establish and support a local Recovery Orientated System of Care. This includes services commissioned by the ADP, as well as a range of other services providing support roles during the recovery process. A ROSC is a system of services, supports and other resources in a community which provides for the range and stages of need people may have during the process of recovery from problems related to substance use.
